Hurricane IRMA has Floridians going through the biggest mass exodus in US history. The category 4 storm is currently ripping through Cuba, leaving multiple casualties in the Caribbean. Koncrete caught up with a couple local fisherman in Madeira Beach (a small town west of Tampa / St. Petersburg) as they prepare for the catastrophic hurricane by tripping on shrooms.
