In part 2 of “Deck Hands” we learn the ins and outs of the individual fishing quota (IFQ) system in the Gulf of Mexico. Then we end up back at Shane Lee’s boat at Holiday Isles Marina where we meet his best friend / fellow deck hand named “Space”.
