For the latest episode of our YouTube series, “Does Anyone Listen To“, we traveled to Los Angeles to see what Yung Lean fans were like. The Yung Lean concert was at the Wiltern in LA, and this was the last show of the SadBoys Warlord Tour. Although his fans are primarily “white hipsters”, they were not the hysterical, wasted fanboys we were hoping for 🙁 Yung Lean fans are surprisingly well spoken and knowledgeable about the genre of music they like (in LA at least) and although Lean and the Sad Boys have been around for a few years, they have kept their niche audience intact without spilling over too much into the mainstream OFWGKTA trenches.
