Ben Mallah just purchased the biggest, most expensive house ever purchased on the west coast of Florida. The 39,000 square foot mansion was built in 2016 by Philadelphia Phillies slugger Ryan Howard, whom reportedly paid over $30 million in land and construction costs. The house features 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 elevators, home movie theater, bowling alley, trophy room, game room, a lazy river that spans the entire length of the property, and a guest house bigger than 90% of the mansions on Belleair shore / Clearwater Beach.
Although Ben Mallah seems lucky to own this property, he has obviously worked hard to be able to afford this expensive mansion. However, it’s not just people like Mallah who can live in homes like these. There is a range of similar homes for sale at much more affordable prices than this luxurious dream home. The homes don’t offer the same amount of space that this one does, but they still present more than enough room for an average family. To see some of the homes for sale in beaufort sc, those interested can look online to research the area and have a look at some of the beachfront mansions available. However, there will be multiple homes like this all around the world, so make sure to have a look. Hopefully one day, we’ll all be able to live in a mansion like Ben’s.
